What are the check-in and check-out times?

Standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM with our dedicated welcome champagne reception. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Guaranteed late 3:00 PM check-out can be added during your reservation flow.

What is the resort cancellation and deposit policy?

We offer complimentary date modifications and cancellations up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled 3:00 PM local arrival time. Cancellations within 72 hours are subject to a one-night room charge.

Are children welcome at Casa Verde?

To preserve tranquility across our wellness sanctuaries, Casa Verde welcomes guests aged 12 and above in general suites. The Grand Presidential Estate accommodates families with children of all ages in total privacy.

Is breakfast included with every booking?

Yes, all direct reservations include our daily artisanal breakfast served either at Terra, The Botanical Greenhouse, or delivered directly to your private terrace.
